• Performance of a Contract: Processing your identity, contact, and financial data is necessary to create and maintain your jililo account, process deposits and withdrawals in PHP, and deliver the gaming services you have contracted to receive.
• Compliance with a Legal Obligation: jililo is required by applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulations, and anti-money laundering requirements (AMLA) to collect and retain certain Player data, including identity verification records and transaction histories.

• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of the Player Account relationship and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, consistent with AMLA record-keeping requirements.

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and jililo's servers;
• Encryption at rest for sensitive personal data, including identity documents and financial identifiers, stored in jililo's secure infrastructure;
• Role-based access controls limiting employee access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Multi-factor authentication for all internal jililo systems that handle Player data;

Where a request is refused, in whole or in part, jililo will provide a written explanation of the reasons for refusal and inform you of your right to escalate the matter to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.

The jililo platform is strictly prohibited for use by persons under the age of 21 years. jililo does not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under 21 years of age. All registration processes include age verification controls to enforce this restriction.

If jililo becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21 — whether through a misrepresentation during registration or otherwise — the associated account will be immediately suspended, all data relating to the underage individual will be securely deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned through the original payment channel. Parents or guardians who believe that a minor has created a jililo account are requested to contact jililo support immediately.

Some of jililo's service providers and game studio partners are located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other jurisdictions — for example, when a game server operated by an international provider processes a game session — jililo ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect the personal data in transit, including contractual clauses that require the recipient to apply standards of data protection equivalent to those required under the Philippine DPA.

jililo does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate level of data protection unless appropriate contractual or technical safeguards are in place and the transfer has been assessed and approved through jililo's internal data transfer review process.

jililo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its data processing practices, applicable law, or platform functionality. Where a material change is made, jililo will notify registered Players via an in-platform notification or by email to the registered address prior to the change taking effect.

The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the jililo platform following a change to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
