— Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jililo ("jililo," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jililo.club. This Agreement governs all use of the jililo website, its games, payment systems, promotional programmes, and all associated services provided to players in the Philippines and any other jurisdiction where jililo's services are made available.

By accessing jililo.club, creating a player account, or placing any wager or transaction on the jililo platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with the jililo Privacy Policy and the jililo Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the jililo platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "jililo" or "Platform" refers to the online casino, gaming, and betting services operated at jililo.club and any associated mobile or web interfaces.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the registered account created by a User to access jililo's real-money gaming services.
• "Real Money" means funds denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) deposited into a Player Account for the purpose of wagering on jililo games.
• "Bonus Funds" means non-cashable promotional credits granted by jililo under specific bonus terms and conditions.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, table, or event within the jililo platform.
• "Withdrawal" means the transfer of cleared, withdrawable funds from a Player Account to a Player's designated Philippine payment method (GCash, Maya, or bank account).
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the set of controls available to Players including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process jililo uses to confirm Player eligibility before processing certain account actions.

Access to jililo's real-money gaming services is strictly limited to natural persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum age established by PAGCOR regulations for casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines;
• You are registering voluntarily and for personal recreational purposes only;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, exclusion notice, or any other prohibition on accessing gambling services;
• You are accessing jililo from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of jililo or any of its affiliated game providers.

Upon registration, each Player agrees to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information, including their legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. jililo reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify any submitted information at any time. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

Each person may hold only one (1) Player Account on jililo. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jililo login credentials, including their username, password, and any OTP codes issued to their registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party for any reason. jililo accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to an Account due to a Player's failure to protect their credentials.

If you suspect that your jililo account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jililo's customer support team immediately through the live chat facility on the platform. jililo will conduct an investigation and may temporarily suspend the account during that period.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all personal details registered on their jililo account are kept current and accurate. Name and date-of-birth information must match the government-issued identification documents that may be requested during KYC verification. Material discrepancies between registered information and KYC documents may result in account suspension pending resolution.

jililo accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of a jililo account to another party is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All deposits into a jililo Player Account are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jililo accepts deposits via the following supported payment channels, subject to availability: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph (Instapay/PESONet interbank transfers), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, GrabPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. jililo reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment channels at any time.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise. There is no maximum single deposit amount, though jililo may apply transaction limits consistent with applicable regulations and internal risk management policies. Deposits are credited to the Player Account balance after confirmation from the respective payment provider, which is typically near-instant for GCash and Maya.

jililo does not charge fees on deposits; however, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are advised to check the relevant terms with their GCash, Maya, or bank account provider. jililo is not liable for any delays or failed deposits attributable to a Player's payment provider.

Players may request withdrawal of cleared, withdrawable funds to their registered GCash account, Maya account, or a linked bank account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this clause. A withdrawal request will only be processed where:

• The Player Account is in good standing and not under investigation;
• The Player's identity has been verified to the required KYC standard for the requested withdrawal amount;
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met and cleared;
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of ₱200;
• The destination payment method is registered in the Player's own legal name, matching the name on the jililo account.

Standard withdrawals to GCash or Maya are processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfers may take between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume or technical maintenance. jililo will communicate any delays affecting a specific withdrawal request.

jililo does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. jililo reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification checks before processing withdrawal amounts above specified thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

jililo offers promotional bonuses to registered Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty tier rewards. Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions that are disclosed at the point of acceptance. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of this clause and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

All bonus funds credited to a jililo Player Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry date are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding bonus terms before acceptance.

jililo reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings where there is evidence that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly; placing opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk; or using techniques that exploit bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.

All games available on the jililo platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios with independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) certification. Slot, table, and bingo game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG mechanisms. jililo does not modify, adjust, or interfere with game outcomes or Return to Player (RTP) figures from their certified states.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical events conducted by human dealers in certified studio environments operated by jililo's provider partners. All live dealer activities are subject to the applicable game rules displayed within each live dealer interface.

In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, software error, or game interruption — occurring during an active game round, jililo will apply its technical failure policy, which may involve voiding the affected round and returning the relevant wager amount to the Player's balance. Completion of a disrupted round will be attempted where technically feasible.

Players acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and that past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes. jililo does not make any representation that any Player will win, earn profit, or recover prior losses through gameplay on the jililo platform.

The following actions constitute material breaches of this Agreement and are strictly prohibited on the jililo platform:

• Creating more than one Player Account or registering using another person's identity or false information;
• Participating in any form of collusion with other Players or third parties to obtain unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an advantage or circumvent game mechanics;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to jililo support immediately;
• Depositing funds derived from any illegal activity, including fraud, theft, money laundering, or terrorism financing;
• Attempting to reverse, charge-back, or dispute a legitimate deposit transaction after wagering the deposited amount;
• Accessing the jililo platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited without proper authorization;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jililo staff or other Players through any communication channel on the platform.

jililo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and the protection of Players from the potential harms associated with excessive gambling. jililo provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible through a Player's account dashboard without requiring support contact:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control their spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time notifications to alert them when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may apply a temporary account suspension of between 1 and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the account remains closed to real-money gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request indefinite self-exclusion, which results in permanent account closure with no possibility of reinstatement during the exclusion period.

All content appearing on the jililo platform, including but not limited to the jililo brand name, logo, website design, graphic elements, game interface designs, promotional materials, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of jililo or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jililo platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not extend to: reproducing, copying, distributing, scraping, or commercially exploiting any jililo content; creating derivative works; reverse-engineering any jililo software; or using jililo's brand or intellectual property in any manner not expressly authorised by jililo in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jililo's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jililo shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising from negligence, breach of contract, or any other cause:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or loss of goodwill;
• Indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages;
• Technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or service interruptions beyond jililo's direct control;
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this clause shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by jililo's gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jililo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account, in whole or in part, at any time and at jililo's sole discretion, including where:

• A Player is found to have breached any provision of this Agreement;
• jililo has reason to believe a Player is engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• A Player's identity or age cannot be adequately verified through the KYC process;
• The Player has requested self-exclusion or is subject to a third-party exclusion order;
• jililo is required to act pursuant to applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a court order;
• The Player's account presents an unacceptable money-laundering or fraud risk as determined by jililo's compliance function.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jililo will notify the Player where it is legally permissible to do so and will conduct its investigation within a reasonable timeframe. Upon conclusion of the investigation, jililo will either restore the account, close it permanently, or refer the matter to the relevant authorities as appropriate.

Players may voluntarily close their jililo account at any time by contacting customer support. Where an account is voluntarily closed with a positive real-money balance, jililo will process a refund of that balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements, within five (5) business days.

jililo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Agreement, jililo will provide reasonable notice to registered Players through one or more of the following methods: an in-platform notification displayed upon login, an email to the Player's registered email address, or a notice posted on the jililo.club website.

A Player's continued use of the jililo platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If a Player does not accept the revised terms, they must immediately cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13 of this Agreement.

This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory obligations. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally through jililo's customer support process shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are encouraged to contact jililo's customer support team to seek informal resolution. jililo is committed to addressing Player concerns promptly and in good faith.
